We offer a solution to customers who do not have experience with customs clearance of household goods. Without the need for the customer's personal presence, we will provide complete customs formalities, including:

  • informing of customer about necessary document
  • collection of documents from the customer
  • customs clearance of the shipment
  • delivery of finished customs documentation to the customer 
  • so that your participation in customs is not necessary, it is enough to issue a power of attorney for representation in customs proceedings and we will take care of everything else without any further participation on your part 
  • we will request a list of documents necessary for the smooth handling of customs formalities from the customer after receiving the binding order
