5-6 weeks before moving

• check the validity of your passports and visas
• check whether you have a lease agreement for a new apartment, an employment contract in order
• check your travel documents and tickets
• check your personal documents: birth certificate, marriage certificate, medical records
• notify your: doctor, lawyer, bank, insurance company of your change of residence...
• cancel or redirect your magazine subscription and let your children's school know about the changes

3-4 weeks before moving

• get rid of things you don't want to move and are no longer necessary for you
• notify the change of address and phone number numbers to your acquaintances
• unsubscribe to the date of move: water, electricity, gas, telephone...
• terminate all leases
• don't buy large stocks of food anymore
• confirm the approx. move date with TRIV
   

1-2 weeks before moving

• redirect your mail post to a new address
• clean garden tools, bikes...
• arrange childcare and pet care on moving day
• empty your lockers at work and school
• notify your regular service provider of the end of your stay
• return borrowed items
• drain the fuel from the lawnmower, etc.
• get rid of excess plants and perishable food
• inform moving company about exact addresses and contacts for both moving locations
• confirm the final date of the move to TRIV
   

2-3 days before moving

• send filled insurance form to TRIV
• separate the things you will take with you personally (keys, passports, documents, travel tickets, certificates, jewelry, money, clothes...) and put them in one place
• unplug all household appliances that will be moved
• agree with the neighbors on a free space in front of the house sufficient for parking a car (approx. 12 m)
   

On the day of the moving

• be available in case the moving company has any questions
• relax and leave the work to the professionals from TRIV :o)
• after fininsh of loading goods into truck, check the whole apartment and make sure that nothing has been forgotten
• also check floors, walls, lift, staircase if are not damaged durring moving
